What needed to change
TestGizmocean needed a trusted online store where customers could see electronics products clearly before making a buying decision. Many people in Rwanda want to buy electronics online, but they still need trust. They want to see product images, prices, product names, categories, delivery information, support contacts, and clear steps on how to order. The business needed a website that could make online shopping feel simple, safe, and clear. Without a strong e-commerce website, customers may leave because they cannot understand what is being sold, how to order, or how to contact the business.
